Updated 23 February 2022 We are thrilled to welcome you to our in-person events in 2022, and we cannot wait to meet everyone! Rest assured, the Health and Safety of all our exhibitors, guests, and staff is and will always be our top priority at our events. We are taking all the appropriate measures to ensure our events offer a safe and successful environment, and we ask for everyone's support and co-operation. We are following local and government guidelines, including the government approved All Secure Guidelines for the Events Industry, to promote a safe experience for all. Our COVID-19 Policy is constantly under review and will continue to evolve based on any changes to government advice/guidelines. Therefore, we encourage you to revisit this page prior to traveling to the show.
We will assess the prevalence of COVID-19 via the recommended Government Guidance alert levels, before assessing each element of the event and implementing appropriate measures to eliminate or reduce the likelihood of transmission.
We ask that all attendees self-evaluate prior to travelling and entering the event. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or live with someone who has COVID-19, please stay at home, and contact the organisers as soon as possible.
If you have been in close contact with someone who has had COVID-19, and you do not live with them, please follow the government guidelines.
If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 whilst at the event, you should return to your accommodation to self-isolate immediately and arrange for a Lateral Flow Test.
In line with current UK government advice, based on the size of our event, we are not required to carry out COVID status checks upon entry. However, our staff will be required to take a Lateral Flow Test within 48hrs before arriving onsite, and we strongly advise our sponsors, speakers and attendees to do the same.
Your safety is our number one priority, and we are working hard on implementing good Hygiene and Sanitisation protocols, to ensure that the event is safe.
Throughout the venue there will be additional measures taken to support a safe environment. This includes enhanced ventilation, enhanced cleaning procedures, and additional sanitation stations throughout the building. We ask that all attendees sanitise and/or wash their hands as often as possible.
View and download venue guidance on how they are continuing to offer a safe environment while hosting events in the current climate.
The UK Government currently does not currently require face coverings/masks to be worn inside venues. Therefore, whilst face coverings are not mandatory, we would encourage that they are worn whilst moving around the venue.
Please note, masks are currently compulsory on all public transportation in London unless you are exempt. If you are, you may prefer to bring something with you to show your exemption.
Our events are designed with adequate space, and an appropriate number of people in mind, to promote distancing. Wherever you can, please leave distance between yourself and others, and avoid physical contact such as handshakes when moving around the venue and interacting with others.
Where appropriate, a one-way system will be in place and signed. Please remain vigilant whilst moving around the venue.
Persons travelling to the event from outside of England, must adhere to the Government Guidelines.
Our team will continue to monitor and adjust our COVID Policy to keep it up to date with any local and government changes to COVID-19 guidelines. This page will be kept up to date with our latest approach, and we encourage you to check this page on a regular basis.
Onsite, there will be an Organiser’s Desk for any queries you may have.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to your Quartz contact.
