MORE
Historically the roles of CFO’s and CHRO’s have been considered entirely separate with independent and disconnected systems and sometimes competing priorities. However the reality is that these functions are intrinsically connected with both needing the same set of data for Forecasting, Payroll and Reporting.
Organisations that have closely aligned finance and HR functions have seen a 10% increase or more in operational cash flow adding a real impact to the bottom line and an increase in employee performance and engagement.
Explore how organisations are leveraging technology to remove the data disconnect, increase business agility and drive cross department collaboration.

Beyond HR Generalists – transformation journey towards a highly functioning HR Structure
  • In several traditional HR models, the role of an HR Generalist, on a country HR level or on a location HR level, is still prevalent
  • However, this hinders a professional delivery of topics as Talent Acquisition, and typically doesn’t unleash the full potential of economies of scale for transactional processes as Payroll or HR Administration
  • To overcome this, many organization are revisiting the structure moving away from generalists, and focusing on a strict 3-tiers model, separating radically all which is HR transactional from what is related to partnering with the business
  • The presentation will guide the audience through a transformation journey accomplished in 2 organizations for a total of more than 30.000 employees in 40+ countries, to show in practice the steps performed to steer the HR structure from a generalist model to a specialist model.
