Long-held biases about the way we conduct business have been disrupted. COVID 19 changed everything from the way we greet each other – (no more handshakes) to the way we meet (zoom versus conference rooms).

Every business has or will be making significant changes in virtually every protocol. Change management provides the framework to help the organization – large or small adapt to the new norm.
