The COVID-19 pandemic forced rapid adoption of new e-commerce solutions for many customers. As the world pushes for a return to normalcy, some of the trends are here to stay. Namely: Grocery delivery. For retailers, that offers a broad assortment and serves many different customer needs, it's important to be able to meet customers on their terms. However, a one-size-fits-all approach will rarely work - we must consider the end-to-end experience to build out a fulfillment network and digital capabilities that solve customer problems across the spectrum from planning a week out to need-it-now.
