The shift to a remote workforce came very sudden and with a huge impact to our daily work. While technology enables us to continue our duties we've lost the personal touch and spontaneous conversations. So many companies have gone through, continue and accelerate their Digital Transformations. As part of this journey we've recognized the importance of building employee culture and creating high performing teams. Theses small teams would be colocated and work from an engaging space to create amazing products. Awesome concept, but in times of COVID-19 how do we keep trust and culture alive?
