Like many other travel-focused companies, Outdoorsy initially faced an uncertain future with 90% of bookings being cancelled in March. However, through exceptional leadership, shifting priorities, and listening closely to customer’s needs, Outdoorsy was able to not just survive, but thrive throughout the pandemic, increasing its bookings by 4,500% through July. By reacting and adapting to COVID-19 and the current economy, Outdoorsy has played a huge role in getting travelers outside and on the road throughout the pandemic by offering a safe, affordable, and accessible travel option.
