Team members with mentors report higher levels of confidence, a sense of belonging and connection, greater feelings of productivity, and a stronger willingness to remain with the Company. Our goals through our mentorship program will be to: Retain and grow our talent by pairing employees to gain knowledge, skills, experience, information and solicit advice; Energize the employee experience; Build strong relationships within our organization; Prepare our organization for future success; Create the opportunity for talented and experienced team members to guide others, ultimately expanding and deepening our talent pool; Increase ability to approach differences from a growth mindset; Strengthen communication skills across differences.
