Having gone through a series of organizational changes including transformations, policy modifications, and merger, we worked on elevating the employee experience in 2019, which we intend to build on this year. Covid-19, threw a monkey wrench and we had to think fast on our feet. The strategy now is focused on survival and sustainability. This presentation explore how we were able to outplay the challenge, confident that we will come out stronger.
