The widespread impacts of the coronavirus are forcing companies to rebuild their supply chains for the future in preparation for the "never" normal. This presentation will highlight the impacts to the supply chain due to COVID-19 which are forcing us to change how we manufacture, warehouse, distribute, procure, plan and manage our resources globally and look at the entire supply chain footprint. The biggest limitation for supply chains is no longer technologies and what they can do, but rather the innovative ways in how we leverage them. As enterprises around the world are facing unprecedented change, supply chain leaders must transform business models, organizational structures and operations to be successful today and prepare for the "never" normal future.
