Quartz Network Anti-Spam and Domain Use Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

The Quartz Network service is operated by the Quartz Events business within Clarion Events. This policy applies to Quartz Network, Quartz Events, and every employee, contractor, agency, affiliate, vendor, or other third party acting on their behalf.

Use of quartznetwork.com

Quartz prohibits quartznetwork.com and its subdomains from being advertised, promoted, or included in unsolicited commercial email. Promotional email that contains or links to quartznetwork.com may be sent only when the recipient has provided documented affirmative opt-in directly to Quartz for the relevant communications.

Permission requirements

Authorized senders must retain an auditable record of the recipient’s affirmative opt-in, including when, where, and for what communications it was provided.

Purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, appended, inferred, or otherwise unverified contact information does not establish permission. A publicly available address, an existing business relationship, or a recipient’s failure to unsubscribe does not constitute affirmative opt-in.

Transactional and requested communications

Quartznetwork.com may be included in a message that is necessary to fulfill a recipient’s request, registration, account action, or service transaction, or in a direct response to an inbound request. These messages may not be used as a pretext for unrelated promotional content.

Sender and message requirements

Every authorized sender must:

  • Use an approved sending system and receive written authorization before including quartznetwork.com in promotional email.
  • Accurately identify the sender, Quartz, and the purpose of the message.
  • Include a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism in every promotional message.
  • Honor unsubscribe and suppression requests promptly across applicable systems.
  • Use only approved domains and direct, transparent links.
  • Maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on authorized sending paths.

Quartz prohibits deceptive sender identities, misleading subject lines, artificial “Re:” or “Fwd:” prefixes on initial messages, unauthorized tracking or redirects, and the use of alternate domains to conceal identity, shield domain reputation, or evade filtering.

Quartznetwork.com and its subdomains may not be used in automated mailbox warm-up traffic, shared warm-up networks, or systems that simulate recipient engagement.

Third parties and enforcement

No contractor, agency, affiliate, vendor, or other third party may include quartznetwork.com in email unless Quartz has provided written authorization and the recipient satisfies the permission requirements above.

Quartz reviews its authorized sending systems, domain references, permission records, suppression controls, and email authentication. Reported or detected violations result in immediate suspension of the affected sending activity while the matter is investigated. Access and authorization may be revoked for violations.

Reporting a violation

Suspected violations may be reported to privacy@quartzevents.com. This monitored address is operated by Quartz Events for the Quartz Network service.
