Metaverse: Tomorrow's world

Marketing’s growth mandate is expanding at a time when attention is fragmented and trust is hard won. AI is changing how people discover and assess brands, while an abundance of content makes meaningful differentiation harder to sustain. Commercial scrutiny is sharpening, yet the effects of brand investment and customer experience rarely fit neatly into a quarterly report. The pressure is on to connect marketing’s expanding remit with a credible account of growth.
